Instructions:
Instructions stated in used - good condition are always in good condition! Used parts may vary from used to good. Please don't complain after the purchase about conditions as you expected something else. Instructions are used, if you expect new pieces than please buy new.

Punchholes / tape does not make an instruction very used, also small whriting, like a name on front, does not make it very used. If the instruction (looking at the paper only!) is in normal good condition and the punchholes are not damaged, it can still be in very good condition! Please don't message about punchholes after purchase, we do not differentiate!

Stickers:
We do check sets for stickers but not listed all the stickers from every set, so it is only possible to check all stickers by building a set, which we do always do, that is to time consuming. We check all sets by original inventory list

Small mistakes:

Mistakes can happen, if anything has been missed or gone wrong give us a message. When parts are missing, we give a compensation so that the parts can be ordered domestically. We do not send parts outside the Netherlands.

Complaints about missing parts must be made within 7 days after receipt of the package/shipment, after that we can no longer do anything with it.

Do not ask for another shipping method, we ONLY use PostNL

In any case, we need the following photos for an insurance claim:

• 1 photo of the whole outside of the package
• 1 photo of the opened package
• 1 photo of all types of inner packaging
• 1 photo of the entire damaged item
• 1 detail photo of the concrete damage
• 1 photo of the shipping label on the package

Without this we cannot claim the insurance.
In some cases, a form must be completed (by hand) by the recipient in the event of loss/theft.

Messages are only answered or handled through the system, messages directly to the e-mail are not read or answered.
Please do check shipping costs before you buy. All costs are listed by country and by weight, and all weights can be found at Brick Owl itself. 

When paying with PayPal, i always send tot the adress that is registered with PayPal!

Due to new international post law and legislation it's not possible anymore to send goods and products with the cheaper envelop rates, it will be always parcel
